Happy Birthday Isaac

We decided to celebrate Isaac's half birthday every year, (June 24th), instead of Christmas Eve. We figured that every year it would be sort of a let down, when the whole family is too busy the day before Christmas to celebrate little ole Isaac. We love you Isaac!

What would I do way out here in Michigan, far away from family, with out friends......? Probably go crazy and cry myself to sleep every night. Good thing that there are tons of wonderful girls here that are so kind and loving! This picture is of a night out celebrating my good friend Angie's birthday.

Joy School Graduate!

Cali has graduated from Joy School! She loved being with her freinds and singing new song, making all sorts of activity pages and best of all..... Snack Time! I would always ask her what she did and she never missed mentioning what she ate for snack.

Our family vacation 2010

Our little family went on our first vacation to see some church history sites while living in Michigan. We first went to Ohio, stopped at the Toledo Zoo and then continued driving to Kirtland.




We then stopped to see the Kirtland Temple and enjoyed looking inside to see how it was built.




This is the upstairs room of Newel K. Whitney's storehouse where they had the school of the prophets and where the word of wisdom revelation was given.

More Vacation

The next day we drove to Palmyra and went to see the Sacred Grove which was just beautiful and these pictures are taken the day it didn't rain, which was nice. We stayed at the Palmyra Inn which was quite comfy and close to everything we wanted to see.

The last day we drove to Niagara Falls and really enjoyed the maid of the mist boat which takes you up close to the falls!

It's been so beautiful this Spring, I don't know why I didn't notice it as much last year.

Isaac chillin! Which, doesn't happen very often. In fact, when i was vacumming today, he was chasing it so he could ride on it.
Three going on 16!

UH OH!

Isaac likes to say "uh oh" after throwing his food down. He even genuinely acts like he didn't mean to do it. I think thats why it makes me laugh and I know it shouldn't.
